School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Bago Small Schools Athletics Carnival
Date: 3rd July 2026
All students will be partaking in the annual Bago Small Schools Athletics Carnival.
Lower North Coast Dance Festival
Date: 16th and 18th June 2026
This year once again, our dance group run by Bec has been successful in being accepted to perform at the Port Macquarie Glasshouse for 2 fun nights with animals and cheerleaders as the two themes. Stay posted when we add some photos to the 'Stories and Highlights' section of our website!
Life Education - Healthy Harold
Date: 4th June 2026
Harold, the lovable giraffe will be visiting our school again to teach our students some preventative health education.
Debating Workshop
Date: 15th May 2026
5 Selected students will be participating in a debating workshop at Laurieton Public School. This is a great opportunity for students to develop their public speaking skills and build confidence.

MSP Photography will be visiting Comboyne Public School for our annual school photo day.
Glasshouse Excursion
Date: 7th May 2026
Students had a ball when they attended the performance of 'Moss Piglets" presented by the 'Windmill Theatre Production".
Moss Piglet is an explosive portrait of the world's most resilient and curious critters. Taking young audiences from jelly-filled petri dishes to the depths of a volcano to Arctic glaciers to the moon, the work explodes the mysteries of the wildly weird tardigrade.
Featuring wicked puppetry, choreography, live video and green screen technology, this is an epic ride of microscopic proportions"
